Vetscan VS2, HM2 and HM5 contracts are age related please contact QCR/Trio for a quotation.

1. All non-consumable parts and labour covered.
2. All breakdown service work is normally carried out in our workshop and on-site is only carried out if QCR/TRIO consider it necessary.
3. If available a loan unit is normally provided while work is carried out on your instrument.
4.Unlimited telephone support.
5. Priority status over non-contract work carried out in our workshop.
6. A full instrument inspection is carried out whenever a unit is returned to our workshop.
7. Consumables (Lamps etc) not covered on Vettest 8008 Service Contract
8. Rotor heads are not covered under service contract for Statspin MP or VT.
9. All analysers will be covered under individual contracts - please enquire for full terms and conditions

Before being accepted for a service contract, an instrument which has been out of warranty for some period must be checked by our technicians.
