1. Whilst every effort is made to ensure that all details in our online catalogue are correct the company reserves the right to alter quantity, specifications or price without notice.
2. All products are supplied subject to our guarantee of quality. In the event of dissatisfaction, non-deliveries, or short shipment please notify the company within 7 days of invoice date. Faulty goods will be exchanged or credited.
3. Damaged goods must be notified to the company within 24 hours of receipt of the goods.
4. Our standard settlement discount may be deducted if the invoice is paid with 30 days. The company reserves the right the charge interest on all invoices that remain unpaid after 30 days.
5. All products remain the property of the company until full payment is received.
6. Delivery & Packing Charges - For exact cost please call us. All orders are sent next day by 1st class mail or courier with a maximum charge of £20 for a 20kg order). Please note that no carriage is charged on orders over £600.00. Temperature sensitive items sent by 24 hour courier unless requested by the customer.
